Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support and deployment tasks.
• Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve performance issues.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
