The position demands a dynamic approach to problem-solving and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to master data management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise software environments.
