Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to file transfer systems and protocols.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure system reliability.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security considerations relevant to managed file transfer environments. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
• This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
