Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.

Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based applications to ensure optimal performance.

Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.

Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.

Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.

This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
