The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, monitoring, and problem-solving to maintain business continuity and support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.



Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.

Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.

Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports and interfaces in SAP.

Familiarity with database concepts and optimization related to SAP HANA.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
