The professional collaborates with different teams to diagnose problems, implement fixes, and maintain seamless operations. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, often involving investigation of complex scenarios to minimize downtime and support business continuity effectively.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Management, Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.

Ability to analyze system logs and trace issues within complex software environments.

Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based integration platforms.

Familiarity with automation tools to optimize support workflows and reduce manual interventions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
