Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing and operational transparency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within data warehouse environments.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
• Familiarity with SQL and data integration techniques to support data flow and transformation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system reliability and performance.
