Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on problem-solving techniques.

• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications using Python.
