Summary:

As an IT Supplier Management Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging closely with key information technology suppliers to support their selection and ongoing management. This role includes coordinating procurement activities for a select group of strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The practitioner also plays a vital part in designing and delivering information technology spend management services to clients, which encompasses preparing proposals, estimating service delivery costs, conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and presenting solutions to clients. Collaboration across various teams and maintaining strong supplier relationships are integral to the daily workflow, ensuring effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders to address challenges and improve service outcomes.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
• Strong understanding of supplier management processes and procurement strategies.
• Experience in cost estimation and financial analysis related to information technology services.
• Ability to develop and deliver client presentations effectively.
• Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
