The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and development activities. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing workflows.
• Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to integrate automated testing into the software lifecycle. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
