Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system health, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and performance.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and efficiency.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address support requests in alignment with business needs.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Experience with cloud platform management and deployment strategies related to Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues in cloud-based applications and services.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support application lifecycle and incident management.

Knowledge of automation and scripting to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
