Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration, Linux Operations.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within Red Hat environments.

Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Understanding of security best practices and patch management in Red Hat operating systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
