Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business operations and supporting users in navigating software functionalities effectively. Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
