Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in distributed systems.
• Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration and workflow management.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in cloud environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
