As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
