Summary:

As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine to analyze and resolve issues effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
• Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting server environments including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of system security principles and patch management.
• Ability to work with various tools for monitoring and diagnosing server performance issues.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
