• LSAs are the chief architects of the PEGA solution.
• They design the application's overall structure, including the class hierarchy, data model, security framework, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• They ensure the design is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with PEGA's best practices (guardrails).
• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: An LSA leads the development team, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior and senior system architects.
