The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the deployment and testing of application updates and patches.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
• Experience with software deployment tools and packaging standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
• Familiarity with operating system environments and application compatibility considerations.
• Ability to work with scripting languages to automate packaging and deployment tasks.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:
