Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.

Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.

Experience with system monitoring and incident management to ensure high availability of applications.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.

Familiarity with cloud-based financial reconciliation processes and related business workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
