You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the systems you support. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business operations, making you an essential part of the team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in business applications.

Familiarity with system integration and data migration techniques.

Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
