Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.

Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in troubleshooting activities.

Continuously monitor system health and escalate issues when necessary to maintain service levels.

Proficiency in Data Build Tool.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.

Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a production environment.

Ability to work with logs, alerts, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Build Tool.

This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
