As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to maintain system integrity and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in troubleshooting activities.
• Continuously monitor system health and escalate issues when necessary to maintain service levels.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a production environment.
• Ability to work with logs, alerts, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
