Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
• Ensure documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development technologies related to Java Full Stack Development.
• Ability to analyze and debug complex software issues within multi-component systems.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support processes.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
