• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall application performance.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM TRIRIGA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application stability.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to IBM TRIRIGA environments.
