As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability through innovative problem-solving.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team performance and service delivery.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within SAP environments.

Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective remediation strategies.

Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP GRC modules to support organizational policies.

Familiarity with integration points between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
