As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve diagnosing and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to identify problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components operate smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Provide training and support to junior team members to foster their development.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in EPIC Systems.

Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
