Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize application performance.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

Strong knowledge of database management and query optimization techniques related to Oracle databases.

Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues within enterprise environments.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support processes.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
