The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and reliability, and delivering timely resolutions to minimize business disruptions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide effective support.
• Document and communicate issue resolutions and system changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business systems to ensure high availability.
• Ability to interpret system logs and error messages to diagnose issues effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users for issue resolution.
