This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly addressing disruptions. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and resolution strategies. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
• Strong knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting within Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis to detect and diagnose system anomalies.
• Ability to work with cloud infrastructure and understand its interaction with Linux-based applications.
• Competence in managing system performance and security aspects in a multi-user environment. Additional Information:
