Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.

Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Neo4j.

Experience with graph database concepts and data modeling.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.

Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques in distributed and multi-component environments.

Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret system logs to identify issues.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Neo4j.

This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
