Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within business-critical systems.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level customer relationship management platforms.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.

Familiarity with system integration points and data flow within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.

Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
