Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application and production support
• Monitor applications, jobs and batch processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure and business teams
• Perform RCA for recurring incidents
• Manage incidents, service requests and problem tickets
• Ensure application availability and smooth business operations
