Application Support Engineer 2

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding issues with their applications running on Windows Server environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems using various tools such as IIS logs and monitoring software.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 4-5 years of experience in an Application Support role supporting enterprise-level IT systems.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating system administration tasks including patch management, backups, and security configurations.
• Proficiency in analyzing log files (IIS) for troubleshooting purposes.
