Position: Application Support / DevOps Engineer 📍

Location: Chennai 📍

Experience: 4+ Yrs

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Application build, deployment, and maintenance across production environments ✅ Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks ✅ Manage and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments ✅ Utilize CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git preferred) ✅ Monitor applications using Dynatrace and implement custom alerting solutions ✅ Provision, configure, and manage Docker containers ✅ Perform Windows and Linux server administration activities ✅ Support server patching, upgrades, backup & recovery operations ✅ Troubleshoot system, application, and network-related issues ✅ Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures ✅ Coordinate with stakeholders and drive proactive issue resolution in critical production environments

Required Skills: 🔹 Unix/Linux Administration (RHEL) 🔹 Shell Scripting & Automation 🔹 Application Deployment & Production Support 🔹 Docker Container Management 🔹 Dynatrace Monitoring & Alerting 🔹 Git / CI-CD Exposure 🔹 Windows & Linux Server Administration 🔹 Backup, Recovery & Patch Management 🔹 Networking Fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP)

Preferred Skills: ☁️ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Knowledge 🗄️ Oracle / SQL Database Fundamentals 📊 Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills 🤝 Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
