Application Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the technology and become a subject matter expert on the product.
• Engage with doctors and healthcare professionals to explain the technology, its functionality, and clinical benefits.
• Leverage technical expertise, communication, and presentation skills to create product awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to support engagement with healthcare professionals through technical knowledge and clinical understanding.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational presentations.
• Participate in live demonstrations in hospitals and labour rooms, observing the use of the technology to support mothers during childbirth.
• Train and support hospital staff to ensure the appropriate and effective use of the technology.
• Travel regularly to hospitals and healthcare institutions to provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital teams.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues, identify solutions, and take ownership of the assigned territory.
• Continuously update product knowledge and clinical understanding to deliver effective technical and application support.
