Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Education Required: PhD / MD (Pathology) / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.
Minimum Experience Required:10+ years in IVD applications, scientific affairs, or clinical diagnostics
Minimum 3-5 years in people leadership roles
Strong exposure to core lab and/or specialty diagnostics
Experience managing national or multi-regional teams
