Application Security Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Lead a team of security testers in executing network penetration tests to identify potential weaknesses in network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation on application security testing procedures, best practices, and standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding guidelines and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in application security testing (VAST) or related field.
• Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) principles and their application in IT environments.
• Proficiency in conducting network penetration testing using various tools such as Nessus or Metasploit.
• Experience with team handling/leading responsibilities.
