Job Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deploy applications using Admin Studio, InstallShield, SCCM, and App-V.
• Manage the end-to-end application packaging lifecycle.
• Analyze application requirements, dependencies, and licensing information.
• Perform quality testing, UAT, and environment-dependent testing for packaged applications.
• Deploy applications, software updates, and patches through SCCM/WSUS.
• Troubleshoot packaging, deployment, and SCCM-related issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain deployment jobs, automation tasks, and reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver packaging solutions.
• Support and lead assigned tasks to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Application Packaging.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7, and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Admin Studio, InstallShield, SCCM, and Microsoft App-V.
• Good understanding of Windows Installer Technology (MSI).
• Experience in software patching and deployment using SCCM/WSUS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of VB Script and PowerShell Scripting.
• Experience with automation and reporting tools.
