Application Monitoring Engineer

We are looking for a Dynatrace Lead Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace L3 support, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, tracing, and administration of Dynatrace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Dynatrace monitoring environments.
• Configure and customize Dynatrace based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform application and infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Configure and manage OneAgent and ActiveGate.
• Perform distributed tracing and root-cause analysis.
• Analyze performance issues and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Maintain Dynatrace configurations and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace administration and L3 support.
