Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to manage enterprise and pharmaceutical applications, ensuring service stability, lifecycle governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) and service delivery.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, SLAs, and application lifecycle activities.
• Oversee application onboarding, upgrades, maintenance, transition, and retirement.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, change control, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with business, technical, infrastructure, security, quality, and vendor teams.
• Drive service improvements, risk management, automation, and operational governance.
• Lead major incident management, RCA, and corrective actions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Application Management, or AMS.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud, and production support.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and SLA Management.
• Experience in application lifecycle management and technical governance.
• Awareness of Pharma / Life Sciences, GxP, validation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
