Application Manager - Motion Control

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of Application Specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions using Servo Motors, PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, and other industrial automation technologies.
• Provide technical expertise on motion control products such as servo motors and drives.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in industrial automation industry as an Application Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HMI/SCADA systems, PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen-Bradley), and motion control technologies (servo motors).
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead projects from concept to delivery.
• Proven track record of success in building strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
