Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the workflow to deliver high-quality solutions. The Application Lead continuously monitors project milestones, facilitates problem-solving discussions, and ensures that the team remains focused and productive throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the allocation of resources and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of application components.
• Continuously evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
• Experience with designing scalable cloud-based applications and configuring cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting cloud applications with other systems.
• Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring security compliance. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
