We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks.This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.

SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) Consultant to join our retail transformation team. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in retail inventory optimization and planning, coupled with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle AIP modules. This role is critical in ensuring that our inventory strategies align with business goals, driving efficiency, improving stock accuracy, and enhancing service levels across our retail operations.
Roles & Responsibilities-Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service-Demand Forecasting (IPOCS).-While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle and other providers. -Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery:requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.-Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows-Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze inventory planning requirements.-Translate business requirements into system functionality, including defining item/loc clustering, forecast parameters, and replenishment rules.-Drive inventory optimization through effective use of demand forecasting, order planning, and inventory policies within AIP.-Perform functional testing, defect tracking, and validation of planning solutions in AIP.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure accurate data flow and integration between Oracle Retail modules (e.g., RMS, RPAS).-Provide training and support to end-users on AIP functionality and best practices.-Create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, configuration guides, and process flows.-Monitor performance and assist in tuning the AIP application for maximum effectiveness.-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement recommendations.Professional &
Technical Experience-Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.-Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations-Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)-Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects. Skills:

-Proven hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP), Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service-Demand Forecasting (IPOCS), including its planning methodologies (time-phased replenishment, service level planning, etc.).-Solid understanding of Oracle Retail suite including RMS (Retail Merchandising System), RPAS (Retail Predictive Application Server), and integration points with AIP.-Experience with data modeling, batch processing, and BI/reporting tools within the Oracle Retail ecosystem.-Ability to work with relational databases (Oracle DB) and SQL for troubleshooting and reporting.-Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle:requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.Functional
