Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while coordinating closely with various stakeholders. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and serving as the central communication hub for application-related activities. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive the successful delivery of application solutions within the team and across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior team members to support their growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application development with organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-based application architecture and deployment models.
• Strong understanding of application integration and API management within cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in cloud application development.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
