Position : Application Functional Support

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 Days (Not more than)

Location: Chennai

Type Of interview : F2F Interview (Final Discussion)

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and application support to business users.
• Manage incidents, service requests and change requests using ServiceNow.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IT Production, developers, security teams and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate testing/UAT and perform application cross-checks.
• Support application migrations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor implemented changes and collect business feedback.
• Coordinate Access Management and security onboarding.
• Work closely with central/regional IT teams for application support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Application Support / IT Operations / Functional IT.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience in Incident & Change Management.
• Knowledge of IT Production / IT Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Cloud Monitoring Tools.
• Experience in Functional Analysis, Requirement Gathering and UAT/Testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English communication is mandatory; German/French is an advantage.
