Application Engineer

🚨 We're Hiring: Application Engineer (Enterprise Applications / Access Governance) I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Application Engineer to support enterprise applications, access governance, and compliance initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with enterprise applications, collaborating with application owners, and solving technical challenges involving security, integrations, and user access. What You'll Do: • Serve as the technical SME for a portfolio of enterprise applications • Partner with Application Owners to support quarterly and annual access reviews • Analyze user roles, permissions, and entitlements • Validate application security models and troubleshoot access-related issues • Write SQL queries and analyze large datasets to support audit and compliance activities • Support API integrations, automation, and application troubleshooting • Collaborate with Audit, Risk, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC requirements • Participate in testing, process improvements, and automation initiatives We're Looking For Candidates With Experience In: • Enterprise application administration or engineering • Platforms such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Coupa, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise business applications • SQL and data analysis • REST/SOAP APIs and application integrations • User roles, permissions, entitlements, and application security • SOX, ITGC, audit support, or access governance • Production support and troubleshooting within enterprise environments Preferred Experience: • Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID • GRC or access certification tools • Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages • Agile environments and structured change management If you have experience supporting enterprise applications and enjoy combining technical problem-solving with security and compliance, I'd love to connect. 📩 Apply directly or send me a message to learn more.
