Job Summary:

SIM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (SIMTEK), an authorized reseller of SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, is looking for skilled Application Engineers to join our technical team across CAD, Electrical, Simulation, and Subscription Management.

The role involves technical support, software demonstrations, customer training, troubleshooting, software adoption, and collaboration with the sales team to deliver effective engineering solutions.

Open Positions & Experience Requirements:

1. CAD Post-Sales Application Engineer | 1+ Year

- Provide SOLIDWORKS technical support and troubleshoot software issues.

- Conduct customer training and assist with software installation, licensing, and adoption.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Create technical content, including blogs, videos, and tips & tricks.

2. Pre-Sales Application Engineer | 3+ Years

- Conduct SOLIDWORKS demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Support sales teams during customer meetings and technical discussions.

- Prepare demo files and technical content.

- Follow up on technical evaluations and stay updated on product enhancements.

3. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Application Engineer Electrical | 2.5+ Years

- Demonstrate electrical design software and recommend solutions based on customer requirements.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, software installation, and customer training.

- Prepare technical presentations, demo files, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify business opportunities and support customer engagements.

- Create technical content and stay updated on software developments.

4. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Application Engineer Simulation / SIMULIA | 5+ Years

- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations on SIMULIA and simulation solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable simulation applications.

- Prepare simulation demo files and proof-of-concept projects.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, software training, and evaluation assistance.

- Collaborate with sales teams and develop technical content.

5. Subscription Application Engineer | 3+ Years

- Provide technical support and guidance on SOLIDWORKS and related applications.

- Manage customer subscriptions, renewals, and licensing requirements.

- Conduct technical sessions and product demonstrations.

- Identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

- Improve software utilization, customer retention, and subscription revenue.

- Proactively engage with customers and identify accounts requiring renewal support.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Experience in CAD, Electrical Design, Simulation, or SOLIDWORKS applications, depending on the role.

- Ability to conduct technical demonstrations, presentations, and customer training.

- Willingness to collaborate with sales and technical teams.
