Role Purpose

• Drive ambitious sales growth in assigned territory

• Business development in focus markets

• Secure product specification and approvals with institutions and OEMs

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications

• Build relationships with decision-makers at large manufacturers

• Maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth

• Travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 90%)

• Meet prospective clients daily, assess needs, and recommend solutions

• Submit timely sales reports and adhere to deadlines

Screening Criteria

• Education: Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) OR 12th + Diploma in Mechanical

• Experience: 2-5 years in sales + application engineering

• Stability: No frequent job switches

• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, ability to provide solutions to client problems, pre-sales consultation, troubleshooting
