As an Application Engineer in the Pre Sales team at BEACON India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise to clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solution-oriented proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
- Provide detailed technical support during the sales process, including addressing customer inquiries and providing product information.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and provide insights for product improvements.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of BEACON's product offerings and stay updated with industry trends.
- Participate in customer meetings and trade shows, representing the technical expertise of BEACON.
