We are looking for an Application Engineer with hands-on experience in professional audio systems, preferably L-Acoustics, to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for L-Acoustics systems and professional audio solutions.
* Conduct *technical training, product demonstrations, and system orientation* for clients and audio professionals.
* Support *installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and system optimization*.
* Troubleshoot equipment, signal-flow, and system performance issues.
* Handle technical service calls and provide on-site/remote support.
* Work closely with clients, system integrators, rental companies, and audio engineers.
* Support technical consultations and pre-sales activities where required.
Requirements
* 0-1 years of experience in professional audio, live sound, system integration, or technical support.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel for installations, commissioning, training, and customer support
